t’s really simple to set up a plan for your pet at your local veterinary practice. Simply:

1. Find your nearest PPC practice

Enter your zipcode in our practice finder to check if your local veterinary practice offers Premier Pet Care Plan.

2. Ask for a form at reception

Your local practice will be able to tell you what is included in your plan. If you’d like to go ahead, simply complete the form and hand it back to reception.

3. Make your first payment

Your veterinary practice will take the first payment on the day you sign up and arrange to have subsequent payments taken directly from your bank account.
